Why RUNX
Hours of service are run legally. No second book, no editing your log to make the miles work.
About three quarters of what we haul is dedicated or contracted. Roughly half of loads are drop & hook.
Weekly settlements on a 1099. Deadhead pays the same as loaded miles on the CPM plan.
Freightliner and Volvo tractors, 2022 through 2025, kept road-ready.
In-house and priority partner repair. Company trucks get service first, so a fault is a day, not a week.
Fuel program, tolls paid where applicable, roadside help around the clock, and a recruiter who follows up.

Questions
About 75% is dedicated or contracted, and 25% is OTR and spot market. Roughly half of loads are drop & hook, so you spend less of your day at a dock.
Two years of CDL-A is the standard for the CPM plan and for dedicated. Teams need a year for each driver. The percentage plan has a training path, so less experience is not an automatic no — it goes to a person, not to a filter.
Weekly, every Friday, on a 1099.
No, and we will not tell you otherwise. Home time depends on the lane. Dedicated round trips reset more often than OTR does, and the recruiter will tell you what a specific lane actually looks like before you accept it.
Two things stop an application outright: not holding a valid Class A CDL, and being in the SAP program. A DUI, DWI or a violation on your record does not auto-reject you — it goes to a Safety review that a person carries out.
A valid Class A CDL and a current Medical Card to start. After that we run MVR and PSP and complete a Safety review before orientation.
$2,000, paid as $500 every three months while you are active with us.
You cover your travel to us, and approved travel is reimbursed with your first check.
Yes. Ukrainian-speaking support is available, and it is offered with the percentage pay plan. English is our main working language, and which language you prefer has no effect on the offer you qualify for.
Yes. Dispatch is 12%, a trailer is available at $150 a week if you run bobtail, and the freight is the same dedicated and contracted work. The $10,000+ figure is weekly gross potential — it is not take-home and it is not a guarantee.
One form, a few minutes. A recruiter calls you back inside working hours.
